Fall/Thanksgiving

Mini Pumpkins, Large Pumpkins/Gourds and Blessing Mix Box. The Box is filled with little goodies along with a poem.
~Blessing Mix~

The Bugles are a symbol of the Cornucopia, a horn of plenty.

The Pretzels represent arms folded in thanks and prayer.

The Candy Corn reminds us that during the first winter, the pilgrims were allowed only five kernels of corn per day because food was scarce.

The Fruit is a reminder that Thanksgiving is the celebration of the harvest.

The Peanuts represent seeds, the potential of the bounteous harvest for the next season if they are planted and well tended to.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Little Goodie Bag

I cased this from SCS. I'm sorry, but I don't recall the person's name. Anyway, I think that this is just adorable. With Halloween coming it is great for a Halloween party, you can change up your paper for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanakua, anything!

I hope you find it as cute as I do.

Mini Backpack with Note Cards and Pen

I decided that to make this a cuter project, I would include both matching note cards and a pen. I am going to give this one to my daughter's teacher for a great first week of school.

I hope you think it's as cute as I do.

Mini Backpack

I made this Backpack for my daughters teacher. I am going to make some matching notecards and a pen. I thought that may be more useful for a teacher. I saw the pattern for the backpack on SCS. I can't remember who's idea it was, but I just think it is the cutest.

Pumpkins for Fall

I made these Pumpkins the other day. I need to tweek the larger pumpkin a little bit, but I think the two little pumpkins came out really cute. I think I will try again today.

I'm a little sad, my baby girl started her first day of Pre-K and I didn't think I would be this sad to see her drive away on the school bus.
